I had the chance to hang out with P’You from Rungfah Farm: https://www.facebook.com/rungfahfarms... who took me on an educational trek through jungle to learn about herbs and leaves that you can eat, some jungle survival techniques, drinking water from a giant vine, and finally some delicious foraged wild bamboo shoots. It was a learning experience, and makes me appreciate the diversity of the jungle and the incredible ecosystem even more. The rainforest is a plant based food paradise.
