A driver was stuck in a traffic jam on the road.
Suddenly, a man knocks on the window.
The driver rolls down the window and asks, "What's going on?"
The man outside said "Terrorists have kidnapped the entire lot of politicians and they're asking for ₹ 100 million ransom. Otherwise, they're going to douse all the politicians in petrol and set them on fire. We're going from car to car, collecting donations".
The driver asked "How much is everyone giving, on an average?"
The man replies, "Roughly 2 litres on an average."
