In this video, Swami
Mukundananda talks about the one daily practice we can all do to improve our
WillPower. To be successful in life takes a lot of hard work and more
importantly, the WillPower needed to tackle challenges and achieve our goals.
To improve our WillPower, we need to practice every day. Swami Mukundananda
suggests Meditation as the daily practice to help improve our WillPower.
During Meditation, we focus
our mind on the object of the meditation. The mind, by its nature, wanders in
many directions. However, if we practice Meditation every day, we are exerting
our WillPower to stay focused. Eventually, we will succeed in our Meditation,
and the WillPower will increase in every other aspect of our life. The best way
to Meditate is to focus the mind on the Supreme Lord that way our mind will be
purified and elevated as well.
