Thailand. It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve been, and I love the
nature, the trees, and the abundance of natural food that the rainforest

chance to hang out with P’You from Rungfah Farm:

through jungle to learn about herbs and leaves that you can eat, some jungle
survival techniques, drinking water from a giant vine, and finally some
delicious foraged wild bamboo shoots. It was a learning experience, and makes
me appreciate the diversity of the jungle and the incredible ecosystem even
more. The rainforest is a plant based food paradise.
