Happiness is achieved by promoting happiness to others - Russell Simmons

My Photo Album-57: Maha with a confused look on her face

Oh Maha! don't feel bad if you do not understand something or get confused by things.  As you grow, you will start understanding things.  Even if you don't, don't feel bad about it.  At my age (63), there are umpteen things that I don't understand; also I get confused over things now and then.  So it is all in the game of life.  Take it easy, my darling.  All the best.  Love - Grandpa

My Photo Album-55: Maha, what mudhra is this?

Oh! Maha! What mudhra is this?  You have started showing mudhras from the day you were born.  First it was Baba Mudhra and thereafter, you were doing mudhras all the time.  What mudhra is this now you are showing?

My Photo Album-54: Maha with Suri

A Thought for Today-471:

The man who lies to himself and listens to his own lie comes to such a pass that he cannot distinguish the truth within him, or around him, and so loses all respect for himself and for others. And having no respect he ceases to love, and in order to occupy and distract himself without love he gives way to passions and coarse pleasures, and sinks to bestiality in his vices, all from continual lying to other men and to himself -
THE BROTHERS KARAMAZOV by Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky -

My Photo Album-52: Harsshitha @ Mahalaksshmi

My beloved grand daughter, Mahakutty was christened as HARSSHITHA alias MAHALAKSSHMI at a function held on May 22, 2011 at Muthu Ganesh Mahal, Kottaiyur.  Harsshitha in Sanskrit means "BUNDLE OF JOY" or "BUNDLE OF HAPPINESS".   She has brought us joy and happiness and we trust she will bring joy and happiness wherever she goes.

This photo was taken on that occasion.  She looks charming in her silk dress.
