Please read the above article. I have also re-shared a previous post to underline the gravity of the matter.
You will understand that our data like name, age, location, bank ID and password, etc. will soon be an open book to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram and it's frightening.
We need to switch over to an alternative messaging app (application) like the Signal app. Hence the re-sharing. We will have to adjust to the change if we want to protect our data.
But the switch-over will be successful only if we all change over to Signal. We will have to inform our friends and relatives, too.
I request the Executive Committee to give it a serious thought and re-form the group in the Signal app.
I shall soon be moving over to Signal and will not be available here. I will also kill my Facebook and Instagram accounts soon.
